One private booking

What your reservation covers.

One private carriage for your party, including FairGlow admission during the ride and priority entry that bypasses the regular vehicle line. A separate drive-through visit in your own vehicle is not included.

Arrive 15 minutes before departure. The approximately one-mile ride takes about 15–20 minutes, subject to display traffic, and returns you to the shared Glow Walk parking area. Departures are scheduled every half hour from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Central, without a scheduled break.

November 28; December 17–20, 24–27 and 31, 2026. Additional early-December evenings may be announced. Departures are every 30 minutes, from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Central. Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved departure.

FairGlow · Per private carriage

$69 total without protection.

$65 carriage fare + $4 booking fee + $0 tax. Display admission and priority entry are included.

Optional refund protection is $5.20, or 8% of the base fare. With it, the total is $74.20. Your price and accepted terms are saved with the booking.

Your protection choice

A deliberate Yes or No.

Optional organizer-funded refund protection costs 8% of the base carriage fare: $5.20 at the $65 fare. It applies to the whole unused private booking, rather than individual seats. It is not cancel-for-any-reason protection.

Before payment choose Yes, add protection — $5.20 or No, continue without it. Neither is preselected. Read the covered reasons, exclusions and refund amount below before choosing.

Review your exact selection and full total at checkout before payment.

Seating & safe boarding

Make sure the ride fits your party.

Count each seated rider age 12 or older in the first column, and each seated child under 12 in the second. At least one responsible adult age 18 or older must ride.

Largest seated combinations · smaller eligible parties are welcome
Riders age 12+Seated children under 12Additional lap children

31Up to 2
23Up to 1
13Up to 1

Lap children must be age 2 or under. Each must stay on the lap of a different accompanying adult age 18 or older for the entire ride. There may be no more than one lap child per adult, two lap children overall and six people in the carriage in total. The only five-seat combination is two riders age 12+ with three seated children under 12.

A child age 2 or under who uses a seat counts as a seated child. Ages apply on your ride date. Enter accurate party counts and review the seating declaration before booking.

Book an eligible party and keep the party counts accurate. If the party presented for boarding exceeds the published seating, lap-child or total limits and cannot board, the reservation is forfeited without a refund. A separate genuine covered emergency may still be reviewed under protection.

A party that meets the published limits but cannot be boarded safely by the provider is eligible for the operator remedy below. An unpublished weight or boarding restriction is not a customer-forfeiture ground.

Contact support before booking if anyone needs special boarding assistance or has a mobility-device requirement. Boarding assistance, steps and device accommodation must be confirmed for your party; accessible boarding or a weight capacity is not guaranteed here.

Food, drinks and other extras are not confirmed inclusions. Leave items in your vehicle unless the provider approves bringing them.

Customer changes & missed departures

Plan ahead if your plans change.

Customer cancellations are nonrefundable unless the defined optional protection benefit, an organizer/provider failure or an independently applicable right provides a refund. A change of plans, ordinary scheduling conflict, late arrival or no-show is not itself a covered emergency.

Ask support for a change at least 48 hours before the reserved departure. Changes depend on available space and written confirmation from the team, including any price difference before acceptance. A request alone does not move a booking, reserve another slot or guarantee a free transfer.

Be ready with the whole party 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals and no-shows do not delay later rides. A missed departure does not carry an automatic refund or replacement; a qualifying protected emergency may be reviewed separately.

These organizer terms do not remove independently applicable refund or payment-dispute rights.

Operator cancellation & weather

If the reserved ride cannot operate or finish.

If the organizer or carriage provider cannot operate or finish the reserved ride because of weather, an operational issue or inability to board a party that meets the published limits, we will offer an available replacement or a full refund of the booking, including its booking fee and any protection charge. You do not need protection for this remedy. No replacement date or space is guaranteed.

Rides may operate in light rain when Rose determines it is safe. Ice or storms may prevent safe operation. A completed ride is not refundable merely because of the weather or a weather preference.

At the current fare, a full operator-failure refund is $69 without protection or $74.20 if protection was purchased. We do not apply a new processing deduction. A replacement and refund are alternative remedies.

These carriage terms do not create a backup-date transfer or a next-year credit.

Optional organizer-funded refund protection

Defined emergencies. Clear refund amounts.

Protection covers the whole unused private booking when a defined unexpected event prevents the party from using it. It does not refund individual seats within a ride that is used.

Covered circumstances

  • Unexpected illness or injury that prevents a booked party member from attending, or requires essential care by a booked party member, so the party cannot use the booking.
  • Bereavement or a serious family medical emergency that prevents the party from using the booking.
  • A significant home emergency requiring the presence of a booked party member.
  • An accident, vehicle breakdown, material public-transport disruption or official travel restriction that prevents arrival.
  • New compulsory jury, court, military or emergency-service duty that prevents attendance.

What is excluded

  • Change of mind, a known conflict at purchase, ordinary work or social schedule changes, or forgetting the reservation.
  • Weather preference or normal cold/rain while the provider can safely operate.
  • Late departure from home or a no-show without a separate qualifying emergency.
  • A completed ride, individual unused seats within a booking that is used, travel/accommodation costs or other unpurchased extras.

What an approved protected claim returns

For an approved covered claim, return the unused $65 carriage fare and $4 booking fee: $69 in total. Retain the $5.20 protection charge because the benefit was provided. There is no per-seat proration or additional refund-processing deduction. Refund any attributable tax actually collected; current customer tax is $0.

How to request a review

Contact support within 60 calendar days after your reserved ride date, sooner when possible. Start with your booking reference, a short explanation and an accuracy statement. Supporting information may follow a timely request. We allow reasonable extensions when incapacity, bereavement or failure of the request system prevents an on-time request.

We request only necessary, minimal redacted verification. Do not send diagnoses, full medical records or sensitive documents by email. We will arrange an appropriate private method if verification is needed. A request is reviewed by the team; submitting it does not automatically approve a refund.

We aim to respond initially within five business days. This is a support target, not a promise that your bank completes a refund within that time.

An approved request is not a completed refund. We confirm completion only after the payment processor verifies it. No refund and replacement or other duplicate benefit is issued for the same booking.

A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full, including any duplicated fee or protection charge.

Privacy & service messages

Only the information needed for your booking.

We collect the purchaser’s name and email, party counts, booking choices and records needed to operate and support the booking. We do not request children’s names, birth dates, diagnoses or medical records for booking.

PayPal handles card and payment details through its secure checkout. We retain payment references and booking totals needed to reconcile your booking, rather than your full card details.

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting. Google/Gmail handles transactional booking and support email. The carriage provider receives only the operational details needed for the night’s bookings. Interactive map imagery requests go to Esri or OpenStreetMap when those map layers are used.

Essential cookies or similar storage support security, sessions and booking recovery.

Booking is not consent to marketing or publication of your comments. Marketing and use of a guest quote require separate, specific permission.

We retain records only as needed to provide the service, handle changes/refunds, keep accounting records and meet applicable requirements. Ask support about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
